Effective Date: September 14, 2025 Domain: botanic.kavira.quest Contact: support@kavira.com

1. Acceptance of Terms

Accessing or utilizing Kavira means you are entering into a binding legal arrangement with the operator of the application. These terms apply to browsing, account activity, and any interaction with the platform made available through the app or related services.

Anyone who is not prepared to accept these conditions in full should discontinue access immediately. Use of the application after reviewing this page signals agreement to the rules, limitations, and responsibilities described here.

2. Service Description

Kavira offers a private digital environment intended to support collection-related organization, record retention, planning tools, preserved media, and analytical functions presented through a premium interface. The app is designed as a personal management platform and may include tools, content layers, automation, and optional enhancements that evolve over time.

From time to time, features may be adjusted, replaced, interrupted, or removed. Certain functions may be introduced experimentally or limited by device compatibility, maintenance requirements, or other operational factors. Availability is not promised on a permanent, uninterrupted, or error-free basis.

3. User Responsibilities & Conduct

Use of the application is limited to individuals who are at least 18 years old. By proceeding, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

All interactions with the platform must remain lawful, respectful, and technically safe. The following conduct is prohibited:

  • Using the app in violation of applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights;
  • Uploading, transmitting, or storing harmful code, malware, or other disruptive material;
  • Attempting unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, or network components;
  • Harassing, threatening, impersonating, or abusing other individuals or support personnel;
  • Using the Service to commit fraud, misrepresentation, or deceptive commercial activity;
  • Interfering with the normal operation, security, or stability of the application.

If account credentials are issued or created, keeping them secure is your responsibility. Activity occurring under your account may be attributed to you unless proven otherwise. Breach of these standards may result in restricted functionality, suspension, account closure, reporting to relevant authorities, or other appropriate action.

4. Intellectual Property

Kavira, including its software, design language, visual presentation, text, structure, branding, and underlying technology, remains the property of its developer or applicable licensors. Access is granted on a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable basis for personal use in accordance with these terms.

Except where applicable law clearly permits otherwise, you may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, republish, scrape, or create derivative works from any portion of the application. No ownership rights are transferred to users by virtue of download, installation, or use.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is offered on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, all express, implied, and statutory warranties are disclaimed, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted availability.

The application may contain technical errors, delays, omissions, or limitations. Decisions made in reliance on app output, stored content, reminders, or analytical tools are made at your own risk. You are responsible for evaluating whether the platform is suitable for your individual needs and circumstances.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer, its affiliates, licensors, contractors, and service providers will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from or related to the use of, inability to use, or performance of the Service.

This limitation includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, corruption of records, interruption of business, device issues, service downtime, reputational harm, or reliance-based losses, even where the possibility of such damage had been communicated in advance.

Where a jurisdiction does not allow certain liability exclusions, liability will be limited to the narrowest extent permitted under that law.

7. Account Termination

Access to Kavira may be suspended, restricted, or ended if conduct appears inconsistent with these terms, platform security, legal requirements, or the legitimate interests of the Service. This action may occur without prior warning where circumstances warrant immediate intervention.

You remain free to stop using the application at any time. Termination of use does not automatically eliminate obligations that, by their nature, should continue after access ends, including provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limitations, and dispute handling.

8. Terms Modification

These terms may be revised to reflect operational changes, legal developments, security needs, or updates to the application. When revisions are made, an updated effective date will appear on this page.

Returning to or continuing with the Service after revised terms become effective indicates acceptance of the updated version. For that reason, users should review this page from time to time to stay informed of current conditions.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of the Service is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would cause another legal system to apply.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy connected to the application or these terms should first be raised through direct written contact so that an informal resolution may be attempted. If resolution is not achieved, the matter will be handled through the courts or dispute mechanisms available in the applicable jurisdiction, unless mandatory law requires a different forum.
